Commerce. He is also qualified system auditor (D.I.S.A) from ICAI. He is practicing since 1991 and he is
in-charge of the firm’s Audit Matters. Arun has
rich experience in the field of taxation laws, company law, auditing, corporate
finance, restructuring, profit enhancement planning, system designing &
implementation, non-residents exchange control regulations, services relating
to setting up of liaison/project office in India, services relating to setting
up of STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) & 100% EOU (Export Oriented
Unit), etc. He is General
Secretary of non-profit voluntary organization Tax Law Educare
Society and actively involved in selection of
articles to be published in the newsletters of the Society and
supervising a web portal named
www.indiataxlaw.com. He is also
co-author of Tax & Legal Manual for doctors. He writes several
articles on direct taxes for various journals.
